We curate gear we'd run ourselves, and we want you to trust every piece you buy from us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window
You may return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items may be final sale for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. hydration bladders, anything that contacts food or water once opened) — these will be marked at checkout.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or defective items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. No hassle.
Warranty
Many of the brands we carry back their gear with their own manufacturer warranties. We'll help you connect with the brand for warranty claims on covered products.
