These Terms of Service govern your use of wolfpacktrailco.com and any purchase from Wolfpack Trail Co., LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Wolfpack," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
All orders are offers to purchase and are accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock issues; if we cancel, you are refunded in full. Prices, availability, and product details can change without notice, and we may correct errors even after an order is placed.
Payment and checkout
Checkout and payment processing are handled securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Shipping and returns
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page and return terms on our Returns page; both are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
Rider responsibility and assumption of risk
Motorcycling and backcountry travel are inherently dangerous. Gear we sell can reduce consequences; nothing we sell eliminates risk. You are solely responsible for confirming fitment for your machine, for correct installation, and for using every product according to the manufacturer's instructions. Product descriptions, fitment notes, and route content on this site are provided for general information and are not a substitute for your own judgment, training, and preparation. You assume all risk arising from riding and from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us.
Warranties
Products carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we will help you pursue. Except as required by law, the site and all products are otherwise provided "as is," and we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfpack's total liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Site content
All site content, including text, photography, route guides, and branding, belongs to Wolfpack Trail Co., LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Arizona law, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
