How we ship
Wolfpack Trail Co. is based in Peoria, Arizona. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Because much of our curated gear ships directly from our brand partners' warehouses, some items in a single order may arrive in separate shipments — at no extra cost to you.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping options & rates
Standard shipping
Estimated 3–7 business days after processing. Flat rate of [YOUR RATE], or free on orders over [YOUR THRESHOLD].
Expedited shipping
Estimated 2–3 business days after processing. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States. We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally — but we're working on it. Some oversized items (luggage systems, larger gear) may carry additional freight charges, shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within [X] business days, reach out and we'll chase it down.
